Shipping charges are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payments are accepted through PayPal.

How do I know my shipping cost?
There are 2 ways to know your shipping cost for the items that you wanted to order
• Email to us and let us know what items and its quantity you are going to order
• Provide us your country of residence and ZIP Code
• We will do an accurate gross weight of your order, and email to inform you on the actual shipping cost.
• If you agreed on the shipping cost, we will invoice you directly to your Paypal account.
OR
• As the usual way, select on all the items that you would like to buy, using "Add to cart"
• Proceed to checkout at Mitosal paypal.
• When we received your paypal payment notification, we will not accept your paypal.
• We will use the items ordered in your paypal payment, and calculate the exact shipping cost.
• Your payment will then be rejected back to you.
• You will receive a new paypal invoice from us, with the exact items that you had ordered earlier, along
with the shipping cost.
• If you agreed with the shipping cost, you can proceed to make your payment
If you are not satisfied with the Shipping & Handling charges that was later invoiced, you may email to request for a cancellation of order.
Your previous order amount will be refunded in full.
What kind of shipping service are you using?
Mitosal understands your needs to save as much on shipping as possible, therefore, we are using Singapore Postal Service

If your order exceeded 500g or 1kg, (depending on your residing region), It will be via Fedex (International Economy) automatically. Mitosal has a corporate rate with Fedex which the rate is better at this weight age.
We will email you a tracking number after your order is shipped.
Please let us know immediately if you do not received your order 20 days after we provided the tracking number. We will help you to locate your order, but will not compensate you if for any mishap. As it is out of our control if record shows that it had left Singapore to your residing country.
If you like to use international fast courier service like EMS, Fedex, UPS or DHL, please let us know, so that we will give you the shipping cost accordingly.
It is as important to us that you received your order
Providing us your phone contact number is very necessary
In any cases where there is any mishap when your order reaches your residing country, the courier service will still be able to contact you.
We respect your privacy if you do not wish to provide this information.
When will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days after receiving the correct amount of payment
What if my package is lost or damaged?
So far Mitosal does not have this unfortunate incident yet, but that does not mean it might not happen.
That is why we stressed the importance of Customers' phone contact number to be provided, so that it can be printed along with the mailing address details.
- If you do not received your items 15 working days after tracking number was provided, email us immediately stating your tracking number. We will activate the courier service and help to track the whereabouts of your items. We can only help as much as possible to locate your package. Mitosal takes pride and responsibilities to do a good packaging. All packages that leaves Singapore are guaranteed in good conditions.
- If you really wanted 100% assurance, Mitosal will quote you the insurance for your items.
- Mitosal is not responsible once your package has documentary proof that it has left Singapore to your residing region, as stating in Singapore Post tracking website. We will try our best to contact all courier services involved to locate your undelivered package. This usually takes about 30 days.

• more than US$500, you get 5% off
• more than US$800, you get 8% off
